Do you want to improve your health, strength, co-ordination and confidence? The slow gentle movements in Seated Tai Chi will help you do this. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art practised for relaxation and health. This seated activity is for all mobility levels and no uper age limit (18+).
Tai Chi is a system of gentle exercise. Research has shown that it can do the following:

No specialist equipment is needed, just loose comfortable clothes & soft flat shoes.
